To the residents, family and friends of the residents: Your help and assistance are essential to ensure residents receive the care they need. We ask that you tell us if we are not doing something that is required. It is impossible for us to know all individual resident needs. We need your help, especially if the resident has difficulty communicating. Your assistance is vital to the optimum care of the resident.
