This committee is made up of the representatives from each department in Tideview Terrace. It meets weekly to review two resident Care Plans. The resident and their next of kin are invited to attend these reviews. Contact is made by the recreation department by mail two weeks in advance. If attendance is not possible, input from the next of kin is requested over the phone or in writing. The more information we get from different points of view the better the plan we will have. New residents will be scheduled for a review within the first weeks of admission.
